Richard C. Russell and Doug Brewer have 22 Wood Badge, Junior Leader Training, or Philmont staff experiences. They have maxed the square knot patch space on their Scout Uniforms and hold doctor's degrees from the College of Commissioner Science where they have administrated and taught numerous times. They have held Scouting assignments from unit to area level.

Richard Russell - Doug Brewer

Richard was principal of a private school for 11 years and was a Major in the Army Reserve. Doug is business manager for a construction company and was an Operations Sergeant in Viet Nam. They are active in church and community.
